Mint Chutney is the most popular chutney in Indian Cuisine. Mint and Coriander both have a beautiful fresh green color and aroma. This chutney is my all-time favorite. I always serve this chutney with Kebabs, tikkas, grilled vegetables, and Chaat items.
This chutney requires only a few ingredients. The process to make this chutney is simple and the chutney turns out extremely flavorful.
Ingredients :

| Washed Mint leaves | 1 Cup |
| Washed Coriander | 1 Cup |
| Washed stems of coriander | ½ Cup |
| Garlic clove | 1 No. |
| Green chilies | 2Nos. |
| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Sev | 1 Tbsp |
| water | 2-3Tbsp |
| Lime juice | 1Tbsp |
Recipe:
- Add washed Mint and coriander leaves, green stems of Coriander, chilies, sev, a garlic clove, salt and lime juice
- Add chilies as per your choice
- Turn on the mixer
- Add water slowly
- Fresh green Mint-Coriander chutney is ready to serve
- You can store the chutney in a refrigerator for a week.
- If you freeze the chutney, it stays good for 3-4 months
- You can also use this chutney for making sandwiches, burgers and chaat items
- Adding sev to this chutney is completely optional
- Sev binds all the ingredients together
For freezing the chutney:
- Make the chutney in a big batch
- Pour the chutney in an ice tray, freeze these cubes in an airtight container or a zip lock bag for about 3-4 months
- Thaw the cubes and use as per needed
