Bruschetta is an Italian Antipasto or an appetizer. It is pronounced as Broo·skeh·-tuh. It has fantastic flavors and is the simplest appetizer to make. Basil and Tomato go together really well. Bruschetta is one of my favorite party appetizers. I always make the topping mixture an hour before serving and toast the bread pieces in advance. In each bite of Bruschetta, you will get flavors of basil, tomato, garlic and Extra-virgin Olive oil. By using good quality extra-virgin Olive Oil and other ingredients you will definitely get the authentic taste of Bruschetta.
